Tai Chi Chuan
Sunday 12:00-1:30
Spiritwind Tai Chi Chuan serves its practitioners through promoting their physical, psychological, and spiritual fitness. As exercise, Tai Chi balances and harmonizes the body through improving the flow of energy in it, thusly remedying its internal and external organic defects. As meditation, Tai Chi calms the mind and nerves, leading to an expanded awareness and sharper intellectual focus. As a martial art, Tai Chi defeats enemies through the calm and relaxed application of internal power to combat. Tai Chi practice is roughly divided into three sections: form, push-hands practice, and combat applications, with each section emphasizing different aspects of this internal art.
